Hawaii archipelago of luxury

Hawaii archipelago of luxury
Hawaii archipelago of luxury or the most expensive destination in the Pacific Ocean

There are a Pacific paradise which is named the Hawaiian Islands. Endless beaches, volcanoes, most of them active, green palm trees, emerald waves wonderful hibiscus and daring surfers – this is Hawaii. At the end of 90s of XIX century. Hawaii was a monarchy and Yola palace served as the official residence of King Kalakaua and his sister Liliuokalani, which it inherited.

The visitor has the opportunity to walk through the corridors of the only royal palace in the United States to examine the royal chambers, the room where King playing cards, one in which Queen Liliuokalani was kept under house arrest for five months, and blanket, sewn by her during this period. The trip from Europe there is continuous, but more and more tourists – over 5 million annually, eager for a real vacation, take it.

Direct light breeze, magnificent deciduous palm trees and beaches of fine sand, behind which rise modern skyscrapers make Hawaii mast target for people from all parts of the planet. Hawaiian Islands were formed over a long period, at a time remote from us by 700 to 16 million years. Their total area is 2500 square kilometers, can pass through the Tropic of Cancer. Larger are Hawaii, Oahu, where Honolulu is located, the administrative center of Hawaii, Maui and Kauai.

Hawaii natural the landmarks
natural the landmarks of every Hawaiian island, ancient history and culture

Their origin is unusual: they are the tops of underwater ridge with many active Hawaii volcanoes, which are the highest on earth. Theoretically could appear new islands and sashtestvuvayaite to change or expand, to rise or even disappear! Today light commercials for luxury brands such as “Vuitton”, “Dior”, “Gucci” flashing square “Kalakaua” in Honolulu. Everything here is insanely expensive even compared to California or New York.

Bossi surfers aged 7 to 77 years with your favorite facility sneak between buildings to the beach to reach the water where indulge in voluntary dancing among the waves. Hawaiians, Native islands in anthropological type are Polynesians. Contact with European and American colonists led to a sharp reduction and the formation of a large group of mixed race. Mixed marriages in the archipelago are a natural thing. 80 percent of Hawaiians live on Oahu, half of them – in Honolulu. Over the years have shaped and diverse immigrant communities, the largest of which is the Japanese. No less and Filipinos and Portuguese.

The Hawaiian language, one of many Polynesian dialects also revived – he was already an official language on par with English. Archipelago all greet with resounding “aloha”, which is used for “hello” and “goodbye.” Hawaiian “luau” means “feast” so if you go to the party, you will have the opportunity to try lomi salmon, breads of taro, haupia – traditional cold coconut dessert and juicy meat prepared in Hawaiian underground oven. The best part is that there is a real underground oven and staff demonstrated how to prepare dishes in it. After the meal, listen to singers who perform traditional Hawaiian music.

Why superman is the strongest superhero? With evidence!!

The question of who is the strongest superhero (fictional characters) out there has always come to the mind of a lot of persons. For me and after considering all the “fictional” facts from the comic books and movies ever watched I decided that Superman is the strongest superhero ever, i know that some of you don’t agree with this but hear my logic. Superman is the only superhero born as a super hero and with abilities. Just a reminder he has super speed, super strength, super hearing, X-ray vision (something like that call it anything you want), Laser, he can Fly and he can stay long times in space/water probably he doesn’t have to breath. As for his weakness it’s kryptonite, although in one of superman’s episode kryptonite was used to save his life, so it’s confusing.

Anyways if we decide to compare superman to the most popular super heroes out there we can see they are no match to his powers.

batmanBatman: Come on people, he is not even a superhero. There is no doubt he is a hero and a nice one too, he goes around Gotham city saving people’s live and fighting different enemies like Joker and so on, but think about it for a second, what’s his super power? I will make it easy for you, he doesn’t have. He has too many gadgets and they are very cool too , I can’t argue with this. So in short Batman (Bruce Wayne) has a lot of nice gadgets, he’s a very nice guy, but he doesn’t have super powers and is a very normal guy.

flashThe Flash: he’s a police scientist who gained super speed when bathed by chemicals after a shelf of them was struck by lightning, he  named himself The Flash. Smart i’m sure he is, and I have a high respect for his intelligence, fast yes but so is superman and he can even be faster, I saw in some episode superman circle the earth like really fast multiple times, I don’t think the Flash can do that, not to mention this is the only super power he has, and he was not born with it. other then this is a very normal guy, can’t fly or X-ray vision or any of the other powers superman has.

spidermanSpider-man (Spiderman): Also a very smart guy, actually this guy is a nerd (not saying nerds are bad, I might be considered one), he got bitten but a super spider and his DNA evolved to have spider powers, good vision and hearing, body strength, small hair on his hands that allowed him to climb walls etc and he can throw Spider web from his wrist. If i want to compare this guy to superman i will ask you one question, can this guy take a beating, the answer is no, in several cases he got beaten the shit out of him, add to that he any knife of gun can kill him, i never saw a gun or a knife scratching superman , not to forget the many other superpowers that superman has and Spiderman doesn’t come near them like flying body strength, X-ray vision etc….

iron-manIron-man (Ironman): Another smart guy, a scientists: actually he was a bad guy first, creating weapons and selling left and right, anyways he created a strong armor that can fly give him strength and shoot laser and missiles. I’m going to talk about Ironman when his armor is on, the armor broke like a million times in every episode of ironman we watched, it malfunctioned many many times, frozen in space , ran out of battery, got stolen one time and landed in the hand of the bad guys a couple of time, I can keep going with all the problems and the weakness that this armor has. to compare directly, speed of course superman is faster, as for power superman can crush it and many others.

captain americaCaptain America: This guy in brave, during world war 2 he was injected by a serum which gave him body strength, oh and that’s it 🙂 He’s definitely strong, but I can’t start counting why superman is stronger.  he can’t take a bullet he will die, he will die under water or in space, he can’t jump, no X-ray vision etc. etc. so no comparison here, superman is way stronger.

There you go superman is the strongest super hero and by proof, he’s the only one that was born with his skill and after comparing with the other superheroes you can see that he wins each comparison

If you have anything to say about this drop me a comment or if you want to add another hero for the comparison

PS: I don’t like any of them to fight each other at the end they are all good guys 😉

Ways to Decrease your Stress Levels at Work

We all know how stressful work can be, with a heavy workload, looming deadlines and not nearly enough hours in the week to complete the many tasks that need to be done before the much-needed weekend.

Stress can be detrimental to both your productivity level and your health, causing some major issues to crop up in both of those areas that could in turn lead to anxiety, depression and possibly, a burn out.

In order to save your sanity and the love you have for your job, we are going to look at three ways that you can successfully decrease your stress levels at your office in Dubai, helping to improve your health and well being:

Make a List

Although it may seem like a simple and unnecessary task that may or may not contribute to decreasing your stress level, it will, even if it is only by a small amount. Making a list with all of the tasks you have to complete as well as each deadline will help you get perspective about how much work you need to do in a specific timeframe. Your list will give you a good idea about where you need to start, what you need to do now, and what you can leave until later, helping you to prioritise, feel less overwhelmed and leading to you accomplishing more. Lists make your tasks look a lot more manageable, giving you a good sense of direction when it comes to your tasks and timeline.

Go for a Walk Outside and Disconnect

Fresh air can do you and your colleagues a lot of good, in more ways than one. It is important for employees who sit behind a desk for long hours to take frequent breaks, especially when they are feeling overwhelmed. Taking a walk and getting closer to nature, while leaving your phone at the office, will help you to disconnect from work, technology, and the stresses that come with them, instead helping you to connect with your body and nature and giving you the much-needed break your body and your mind needs to be productive and focus for the rest of your day. It is important to know that staying attached to your phone or glued to your computer for a number of hours will more than likely lead to high anxiety levels and increased feelings of pressure due to the infux of emails, messages and notifications received.

Get More Sleep

The majority of people need at least seven to nine hours of sleep each night to feel revitalised, energised and ready for the day ahead of them. Lack of sleep will take a toll on your body, your job and your personal life, as not getting enough sleep will leave you feeling sluggish, unmotivated and inevitably lead to procrastination. In order to get a good night’s sleep these days, however, there is a need to silence technology first. Put your phone on silent and put it on charge where you cannot reach it (if you are hesitant about putting it on silent, turn on the device’s vibration mode), turn the television off at least an hour before you want to get some shut eye, and block out any light sources – for example your alarm clock – in order to minimise the many distractions your body could focus on instead of sleep.

Stress can affect your work life in a number of ways, and you need to use the above reduction methods to ensure that it does not continue to grow and affect your overall wellbeing.

Enjoy a Staycation in the UAE

If you live in the UAE and fancy a little break, you don’t need to look any further than your own back yard. With seven Emirates to choose from, you can be a tourist in your own country, exploring new places, eating at new restaurants and experiencing new things. To help you plan your very own staycation, we are going to look at three places you can stay and what they have to offer their guests:

Visit Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai

With a variety of fun activities to indulge in, from a day at Aquaventure water park to a relaxing day at the spa, or having a dolphin encounter, as well as a wide range of luxury accommodation options that include everything from Club Suites to guest rooms, Atlantis, The Palm is the perfect place to spend a night or two for your staycation. The resort also has a number of restaurants where you can indulge in some of the finest foods, and night clubs where you can dance the night away.

The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah

This idyllic resort is the perfect place for friends and family alike to take a well-needed rest away from their daily stresses. Located on a water inlet on Ras Al Khaimah beachfront, it overlooks the Arabian Gulf and has 600 metres of pristine beach where guests can catch some rays and relax. Their accommodation options consist of rooms and villas, both of which are comfortable and include all the amenities guests would need, as well as water sport activities, two outdoor swimming pools, and much more.

Rosewood in Abu Dhabi

Last but not least, Rosewood which is located in Abu Dhabi is a luxury hotel that offers its guests an extravagant getaway with style. Accommodation options come in the form of rooms, club rooms, suites, manor club and residences – depending on how long guests plan to stay for and their individual needs – as well as a pool, fitness centre and spa that offer a variety of ways guests can melt away their stress. Additionally the resort also has a Golf and Beach Club, Rose Buds for Children (which is a program designed for children over the age of three).

When you have so many amazing places to visit right on your door step, there is no need to venture very much further, opt for a staycation instead!

Healing properties of fruit juices

Freshly made juices

Freshly made juices have undeniable healing properties, so a lot of people lately taken with juice fasts to heal your body is detoxifying or just tone, refresh and rejuvenate. It is recommended to drink juice prepared far from ripe fruits and vegetables. Within 5 – 15 minutes fresh juices lose substantial majority of useful properties – juice oxidises quickly and under the influence of air, sun and heat decompose and much of vitamins, minerals and enzymes are lost almost completely. Moreover, it is better to drink juice of ripe fruits and vegetables at the right season for them.

Healing properties of fruit juices
Healing properties of fruit juices purify our body from toxins and it is important to drink juice with pleasure

Fruit juices have merit in purifying our body while vegetable mainly serve as food to tissues and organs. But this is roughly – both juice clears the body of toxins, mucus, useless substances that have accumulated for years in our organs and tissues.
For example, beet juice literally wash the liver and clears it “to shine” because of its high content of organic active chlorine. Celery juice melts harmful calcium formations and calcium salts. And many other examples. We can do as monosokove (from one type of fruit or vegetable) and a combination of several types. The basis is most often used apples and carrots. This is done in order juices are pleasant to taste and diluted strong purifying properties of certain types of vegetables or Greenleaf.

Fruit Vegetable Juices
scavenging properties of certain types of vegetables

For example parsley is quite pronounced action, because of its high content of essential oils. So it is with almost all spices, and not only them. Beets also accepted in pure form can contribute to severe medical crisis due to its powerful beneficial properties. Celery is so powerful in melting of harmful calcium deposits and joint slag that taken over in pure form, it is believed that it is able to “melt our bones.”

From there comes the rule gradually increase the proportion of highly medicinal juices in combination with carrot or apple. For example:
1st and 2nd day: apple juice and celery – 4 1
3rd and 4th day: apple juice and celery – 3: 2
5th and 6th day of apple juice and celery – 2: 3
You can continue this ratio because it tastes pretty loud and pushy, not well received by most people. But it all depends on your personal preference. These combinations literally recommended for almost all health problems. Make a juice that will be closest to your taste and depending on your health goals. It is important to drink juice with pleasure, not by force.

Tribute to Prince, his life, music and death #RIPPrince

His Life

Prince Rogers Nelson (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016), known by his stage name Prince, was an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and actor. Prince was renowned as an innovator and was widely known for his eclectic work, flamboyant stage presence, and wide vocal range. He was widely regarded as the pioneer of Minneapolis sound. His music combined rock, R&B, soul, funk, hip hop, disco, psychedelia, jazz, and pop.

Prince was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and developed an interest in music at an early age, writing his first song at age seven. After recording songs with his cousin’s band 94 East, 19-year-old Prince recorded several unsuccessful demo tapes before releasing his debut album For You in 1978, under the guidance of manager Owen Husney. His 1979 album Prince went platinum due to the success of the singles “Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad?” and “I Wanna Be Your Lover”. His next three records—Dirty Mind (1980), Controversy (1981), and 1999 (1982)—continued his success, showcasing Prince’s trademark of prominently sexual lyrics and incorporation of elements of funk, dance, and rock music. In 1984, he began referring to his backup band as The Revolution and released Purple Rain, which served as the soundtrack to his film debut of the same name. A prolific songwriter, Prince in the 1980s wrote songs for and produced work by many other acts, often under pseudonyms.

After releasing the albums Around the World in a Day (1985) and Parade (1986), The Revolution disbanded and Prince released the critically acclaimed double album Sign “O” the Times (1987) as a solo artist. He released three more solo albums before debuting The New Power Generation band in 1991. He changed his stage name in 1993 to an unpronounceable symbol (Prince logo.svg), also known as the “Love Symbol”. He then began releasing new albums at a faster pace to remove himself from contractual obligations to Warner Bros.; he released five records between 1994 and 1996 before signing with Arista Records in 1998. In 2000, he began referring to himself as “Prince” again. He released 15 albums since then, including his latest, HITnRUN Phase One, which was first released exclusively on the Tidal streaming service on September 7, 2015 before being released on CD on September 15, 2015 by NPG Records.

Prince sold over 100 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling artists of all time. He won seven Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe, and an Academy Award. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004, the first year of his eligibility. Rolling Stone has ranked Prince at number 27 on its list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.

His Death

He died at his Paisley Park recording studio and home in Chanhassen, Minnesota, near Minneapolis, on April 21, 2016, after suffering flu-like symptoms the week before his death.

In the details

Carver County Sheriff Jim Olson reports that on April 21st, 2016, at about 9:43 am, sheriff’s deputies responded to a medical call at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen,” the sheriff’s office wrote in a statement. “When deputies and medical personnel arrived, they found an unresponsive adult male in the elevator. First responders attempted to provide lifesaving CPR, but were unable to revive the victim. He was pronounced deceased at 10:07 am.

“The Carver County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office and The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office, are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.”

Top 7 Functional Fitness Anti-Aging Exercises

Exercise is an important part of our life from the time we are born. In the beginning, we learn all about stretching and movement. Then comes walking, running, climbing and all the other types of movements we can experiment with and hopefully not get injured. As children, we continue to exercise throughout our school years, or at least, children should. When we reach adulthood, we have probably experimented with every type of exercise that one can think of and have developed our routine. Now that we have begun to age, though, those exercises that we have grown to love cause more pain instead of making us feel better. So comes the question of ‘what exercises can be safely performed to keep us functional in our aging years’? Let’s take a look at 7 specific forms of exercise that will help us age gracefully, yet still moving freely once those signs of aging creep up.

Fitness
Fitness

1. Train your genes – When you look in the mirror, do you see your body or that of your parents? Well, you can’t change those genes that made you that way, but you can train the genes to express themselves in a more acceptable manner. Resistance and/or strength training reverse the aging process on that genetic level. You should see a big difference in 26 weeks as your body begins to behave in a better manner as it did when you were younger.

2. Cardio workouts – For optimal heart health, you should strive for 150-240 minutes of cardio workout per week. Aerobic activity is perfect for cardio. This type of exercise will help improve the mitochondrial function of the heart which normally decreases as we age. Walking, light jogging, elliptical and other types of exercise to increase your heart rate will provide you the best cardio workout. Stary light and work it up to harder and longer trends.

3. High/low-impact exercises – No, don’t go for pole vaulting your way through adulthood…not this type of high-impact. As people age, the become more concerned about the pain that might occur in the hip and knees with ‘jumping’ or intensity walking with a forceful step. Though, impact exercise can help to build bone density, another issue that must be considered as we age. High-impact would be like running or jogging, whereas low-impact could be a walk around the mall.

4. Brain exercise – Engaging your brain means a brain engaged. Reaction training, such as tennis, racquetball, dance class and others make your brain work with your body to make an active decision and movement accordingly.

5. Squats – As we age, our knees usually try to dictate to us whether or not to squat. But, the reality is that we all have to at some point in time, so learning to do it properly makes the functionality real. The approach is different for men and women. Women – with toes turned slightly outward and moved your feet apart so that they are slightly wider than your hips. Men – keep the toes forward and you need no other adjustment to squat safely. If you follow this suggestion, you will find that you femur will line up with your hip joint better giving you a stronger knee joint with less chance of any pain

6. Stop the brain delays – When the connection of your right and left hemispheres of the brain has trouble communicating (as if often does with aging) it cause a brain delay. One easy fix for this is to include exercise moves there you cross your arms and/or legs past the midline of your body. This strengthens the connections and improves the delay.

Also watch video:

7. Do more – So once you have begun your regimen to increase and maintain your functionality, do more to keep your lifestyle fitness in check. As with the cardio, if 150 is good, go for 240. Start slowly then add to it until your tolerance has improved.

Exercising is not just for the physical aspect, but the emotional aspect as well. Anti-aging techniques include maintaining not only the functionality of the body but the brain as well. Therefore, exercising both is of the utmost importance as we age and maintain a balance between the two. Just as we developed exercise into our lifestyle in our earlier years, aging makes it just as important in our aging years.

Learning how to exercise smart and safe will keep our bodies healthy and happy. So live long, prosper and enjoy supporting those anti-aging techniques that will protect you.

How to Meet People in a New Country as an Expat

Life as an expat in a new country can be hard and sometimes lonely, and making friends can seem like an incredibly daunting task which could lead you to stay at home avoiding the situation all together instead of putting yourself out there and giving it a chance.

So, if that sounds like you and you would like some advice on how to make some new friends in your new country of residence, here are four simple and easy ways to get your friendship journey started:

about-bloggers-africa

Meetups and Social Media

Expat communities exist across the globe, and with a little help from Google, specific groups on Facebook, or meetup.com, you will be sure to find one in your area that will suit you. Meetup.com is a website consisting of established groups for all interests situated all over the world – including language groups in Spain, hiking clubs in Cape Town, surf clubs that meet at the local beach resort in Morocco, and soccer groups in Dubai – that you can get involved in and meet people who have the same interests as you. You can do the same thing through Facebook by searching for groups that interest you. You can use the groups to ask questions about the relative topics and find out information, for example where the meeting up for book club and if you could join them for the next one. But, be sure to meet people in a public area where there are other people around, for extra safety measures.

House Share

House sharing won’t suite everyone, especially those with a family needing their own space. But as a single person or a couple, house sharing is a good way to start meeting people and forming friendships that will end up being the closest thing you will have to family while starting out your life in your new home town. Choosing to live with house mates will enable you to lead semi-separate lives, but equally gain good friends who you are close to, can rely on, and can go out for drinks or dinner with after work or on the weekend.

Say Yes, Always

If you have met someone at a language group, or at the bookshop you visited, and they ask you to go for a drink with them and their friends at a bar, or even surfing at one of the hottest beaches in the country – say yes. By becoming a ‘yes person’, will enable you to be more involved in activities you might never have thought you would ever do (which is an adventure in itself and you may end up loving something you never would have tried otherwise), and will help you to meet fun, interesting and genuine people along the way.

Word of Mouth

By ‘word of mouth’ we mean talk to everyone you know, no matter where they are located in the world. You will be surprised at how often one of your friends knows someone who lives in your new city, giving you an unexpected connection you might never have made otherwise. Ask your friends on Facebook if they know anyone living near you, and even if it ends up being a friend of a friend, you never know what it could amount to. Meeting someone like this may feel similar to attending a blind date, but you never know who you could meet – you might end up being best of friends.
